对含Cu 0.96%、Ni 1.36%的某低品位铜镍电镀污泥开展了矿化—浮选工艺研究,通过矿物自动检测仪(MLA)、扫描电镜能谱仪(EDS)、X荧光分析仪(XRF)等分析手段,研究了污泥矿化前后的性质变化。对电镀污泥矿化后的烟化炉渣进行浮选试验研究,闭路试验获得了Cu品位5.47%、Ni品位8.03%的铜镍混合精矿,Cu、Ni作业回收率分别为91.37%和95.10%,浮选尾矿中Cu、Ni含量小于0.15%,不属于具有浸出毒性特征的危险废物。该工艺有效的实现了低品位铜镍电镀污泥的资源化回收和无害化处置。 相似文献

采用复盐焙烧—弱碱浸出工艺从一种选矿富集得到的含钒混合精矿中提钒,精矿V_2O_5品位为1.738%,其中约70%的钒以低价钒(V~(3+))形式存在,且结构致密,属于难处理矿物。研究了添加剂、精矿粒度、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、浸出温度及浸出碱液浓度等因素对钒浸出率的影响。在添加剂为16.0%NaCl+7.5%Na_2CO_3+1.5%卤化物A复合盐、精矿粒度-0.075mm占86.2%、球团粒度~10mm、入炉温度200℃、焙烧温度830℃、焙烧时间2.5h、浸出L/S=2、浸出碱液浓度0.2mol/L、浸出温度60℃、搅拌时间2.0h的条件下,钒浸出率为78.52%。 相似文献
